Phillips to speak at Paducah partnership breakfast meeting

PADUCAH, Ky. (April 25, 2012) — David Phillips of Cincinnati Works will speak May 10 at the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce’s Power in Partnership (PIP) breakfast meeting. The PIP will be sponsored by USEC.

After retiring from Arthur Andersen in 1994, Phillips became chief executive officer of Downtown Cincinnati, Inc., from which he retired in 1999 to expand his financial consulting services business and to work with Cincinnati Works, Inc. The organization is dedicated to reducing the number of people living below the poverty level by assisting them to strive towards self-sufficiency through work.

Cincinnati Works is being used as a model for our Paducah’s United Way and the Impact Poverty program.
