NKy chamber hosting discussion on riverfront development

Fort Mitchell, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a presentation about development along the Ohio River’s south bank.

“Egg ‘N Issues: Riverfront Vitality” takes place 7:30 – 9 a.m. July 21 at Receptions Banquet and Conference Center – South (1379 Donaldson Rd., Erlanger, Ky.).

Jack Moreland, president of the Southbank Partners will lead the discussion on his organization’s efforts to revitalize the urban core through economic development, promotion of tourism, and fostering urban living and connectivity.

Recently, Southbank Partners assisted Northern Kentucky communities in applying for a $1.6 million grant from the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments, which will be used to make trail accommodations along Riverfront Commons.
