Greater Louisville Inc. hires VP of membership and investor development

Louisville, Ky. – Greater Louisville Inc. has hired Brian Jones as the organization’s vice president of membership and investor development. Jones will lead GLI’s membership and investor development team and is charged with attracting and retaining GLI members and investors.

“Brian’s prior development experience in the Greater Louisville market with the Kentucky Chamber is a real plus,” said GLI President and CEO Kent Oyler. “He has already hit the ground running and  started building relationships with GLI members, investors and volunteers.”

Prior to joining GLI, Brian served as the Assistant Vice President for Investor Development at the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce where he was the point person for both revenue development and investor relations.  He also served as the Louisville-area Membership Development Manager at the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.  Brian has a strong background in sales & management, along with extensive relationships throughout the Greater Louisville region’s business community.

Brian completed his undergraduate work at Centre College and holds a Masters of Public Policy from Indiana University.
