Louisville, Ky. – Neil Huffman Automotive Group plans to expand its Honda business into the Frankfort and Lexington market through a trade deal with Cincinnati-based Jeff Wyler Automotive Family.
As a part of the agreement, Huffman will sell its Nissan franchise located on Shelbyville Road for Wyler’s Honda of Frankfort store. The transaction is set to close on December 1.
“The opportunity to move into the Frankfort, Lexington market allows us to expand our community and our Honda profile,” said Shane Huffman, co-owner and managing partner of Neil Huffman. “We are excited to bring our expertise to the area.”
The current Neil Huffman Honda franchise in Clarksville, Ind. has received the Honda President’s Award consecutively for the last two years. The award is Honda’s highest level of recognition and Huffman plans to bring that same customer experience to the Frankfort location.
Along with the Clarksville and now Frankfort Honda locations, Huffman Auto Group will now run five dealership locations in Indiana and Kentucky and five franchises including Acura, Volkswagen, Subaru and Mazda.

Neil Huffman Automotive Group is co-owned by Kim, Dow and Shane Huffman and has been a part of the Kentuckiana community since 1969.
