PADUCAH, Ky. (May 17, 2012) — Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on June 25, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2012. The dividend represents an indicated annual dividend rate of $0.50 per share.
“This dividend represents a 13.6 percent increase in the cash dividend compared with June 2011,” said Chief Executive Officer Steven A. Powless. “Our Board of Directors remains focused on building long-term shareholder value through our cash dividend program and the growth highlights our strong financial condition and excellent cash flow from operations.”
