| LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 30, 2012) — EDGE Outreach has completed an agreement with
Hydromissions International LLC to take over manufacturing, sales and distribution of products used to provide clean water in communities around the world. Hydromissions will remain active as a humanitarian organization working in the field to provide clean water for those in need, but the LLC portion of the business will dissolve as the handling of their products is transferred to EDGE Outreach. The two organizations will continue to work together on the development of technologies and ideas that will advance their efforts to fight the global water crisis. EDGE Outreach does not patent or copyright any of their products – that would defeat their purpose. All of EDGE’s water tools are unique because they are designed to be reproduced or repaired in whatever country they serve. There are no complicated engines or costly parts to break down, and the local people can easily learn to use and maintain the equipment themselves. In addition, the products are designed to be extremely portable, allowing us to expand our water work into new areas that would be difficult to reach by other methods.
