LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 9, 2016) — Lexington is the nation’s fourth most pet-friendly city, among the largest 100 cities in the U.S., according to 2016’s Most Pet-Friendly Cities, created by WalletHub. Louisville was ranked 29th.
Cities were ranked based on three categories: Pet Budget; Pet Health & Wellness; and Outdoor Pet Friendliness. Lexington received a score of 60.94, trailing only Orlando (63.42); Birmingham, Ala. (63.11); and Tampa (62.51). Louisville scored 51.27.
