COVINGTON, Ky. (June 12, 2012) — Mariann Guidugli Dunn has been named executive director of Providence Pavilion, a rehabilitation and nursing center located on the historic campus of the former St. Elizabeth North hospital at 401 East 20th St. in Covington.

“Mariann Guidugli Dunn has deep roots in the Northern Kentucky community and a wealth of knowledge in leading nursing and rehabilitation facilities,” said George Hagan, owner of Providence Pavilion.

Dunn has held leadership positions in long-term care for more than a decade, previously serving as administrator and assistant administrator at facilities in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. A lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, she also has served as Campbell County PVA and as director of development for Notre Dame Academy. She and her husband, John Dunn, have three adult children and six grandchildren; they now live in Villa Hills.

Dunn first joined Providence Pavilion in July 2011. Her promotion to executive director is effective immediately.

As owner, Hagan will continue to remain involved in the operation of Providence Pavilion. He also oversees the ongoing vitality of the entire former hospital campus located at 20th and Garrard streets, which includes three buildings with more than 277,000 square feet and a parking garage. In addition to Providence Pavilion, a wide range of other activities and services operate at the location, where more than 400 people are employed.
