LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Dec. 9, 2016) — Kentucky Derby Festival officials on Tuesday will be at the Four Roses’ Warehouse and Bottling Facility to select the bourbon for the festival’s first event of 2017, “Festival Unveiled,” scheduled for March 2, 2017.
Representatives from the Kentucky Derby Festival, along with Master Distiller, Brent Elliott, will participate in a private barrel tasting and selection to choose their favorite barrel. The single-barrel bourbon selected will then be bottled and served to guests at Festival Unveiled.
The event showcases several elements of the upcoming festival, including the roll out of the 2017 official poster and merchandise line.
