LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 15, 2012) — Central Kentucky Surgery has entered into a strategic alliance with Lexington Clinic, Kentucky’s oldest and largest multi-specialty medical group.
Central Kentucky Surgery has been offering surgical care for residents of central and eastern Kentucky since 1993.
“We are very pleased to become an associate practice of Lexington Clinic,” said Dr. Kent J. Kessler, president of Central Kentucky Surgery. “By combining our efforts, we are better positioned to meet and exceed the challenges of a changing healthcare system and to provide the best care for our patients.”
The partnership is expected to take effect Aug. 1, at which time the surgical practice will become members of Lexington Clinic’s Associate Physicians Network.
