LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan. 20, 2017) — Patrick McCowan has been named regional manager of design-build firm Gray Construction at its Southeast Regional Office in Birmingham.
Prior to his current role, McCowan served in various capacities including project director, senior project manager and project manager in Gray’s manufacturing and food and beverage business unit. He also played an integral role in the sale and execution of several recent projects for customers including Fritz Winter North America LP, ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Weber Metals, Inc., Tenaris and Volvo Car USA.
Gray’s Southeast Regional Office was previously led by Daniel Pittman, who now serves as project director. As project director, Pittman will utilize his extensive experience in project management and leadership to ensure continued excellence in execution. Prior to his current role, he served as project manager and subsequently, as senior project manager.
Since joining Gray in 2010, Pittman has been responsible for the success of numerous key projects for manufacturing and retail customers such as Mercedes-Benz, U.S. International Inc., Drax Biomass, Costco Wholesale Corporation, Medline Manufacturing and Walmart.
