Ribbon-cutting event to mark opening of ShelbyHurst building

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 27, 2012) — The first commercial building on the University of Louisville’s Shelby Campus will be officially opened during a public ceremony Thursday, June 28 at 11 a.m.

UofL President James Ramsey and NTS President Brian Lavin will speak at the event and tours of the facility will be offered. The 600 North building is a joint venture between the UofL Foundation and NTS.

Churchill Downs Inc., Semonin Realtors, Stifel Nicolaus and NTS are the largest tenants in the new 125,000 s.f., LEED certified building, which faces Hurstbourne Lane.
