Features seven musical acts
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (July 12, 2017) — Festival Cuisine and Spirits and Falls City Brewing Company are hosting the inaugural Burnt Knob Music Festival at the Iroquois Amphitheater from July 28-29.
The festival is a celebration of local music and will feature seven acts over two nights. Festival promoter Matthew Davis said the event takes the place of the Kentucky Music Festival that was hosted on the same weekend each year at the Iroquois Amphitheater.

July 28 (doors open at 6:30 p.m.)
- 8 p.m. — Discount Guns (garage rock, fuzz blues, riff rock, rockabilly, rock and roll)
- 9:05 p.m. — James Lindsey (rap, hip-hop)
- 10:10 p.m. — The Pass (rock)
July 29 (doors open at 5:30 p.m.)
- 7 p.m. — Powell (rock, alt-rock)
- 8:05 p.m. — The Dammit (classic rock, country, blues)
- 9:10 p.m. — Frederick the Younger (indie rock)
- 10:10 p.m. — Nellie Pearl (Americana rock)
