ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Management of the department, medical plan and other benefits
- Recruiting, compensation, budgeting
- Union negotiations, HR support and guidance to Senior Management
- Risk management, policy and procedures
- Employee relations and training
- Compliance with all State, Federal and Local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
