LEXINGTON, Ky. – Central Bank Market President Mark Wheeler has announced that James “Jim” R. Sparks has joined Central Bank as vice president, commercial lending officer.
Sparks brings over 13 years of financial services experience to his new role. A Kentucky native, Sparks earned his bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Kentucky and recently moved back to the Louisville area after spending the last 13 years in Birmingham, Alabama.
Since 1946, Lexington-based Central Bank has 28 banking centers and provides online, mobile and phone banking services available 24 hours a day.
