Trusty joins Central Bank as VP, employee benefits

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Central Bank Chairman, President and CEO Luther Deaton Jr. has announced that Brett Trusty has joined Central Bank as vice president, employee benefits officer.

Trusty brings over 14 years of retirement planning experience to his new role. Trusty earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and his MBA from Xavier University. A Kentucky native, Brett currently resides in Lexington with his wife and two daughters.

Since 1946, Lexington-based Central Bank has 28 banking centers and provides online, mobile and phone banking services available 24 hours a day.
