FRANKFORT, Ky. — To streamline member benefits and ensure the greatest value for Kentucky businesses, the Kentucky Chamber has named Jim Ford as its chief resource officer. He will oversee the membership and business services department of the organization.
During his time at the chamber, Ford has been an instrumental part of the organization’s growth, including spearheading renowned events like Kentucky Chamber Day, the Business Summit and the Annual Meeting.
He has created successful partnerships with organizations like the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and Best Places to Work in Kentucky and has found solutions to help the ever-changing needs of businesses, such as selling personal protective equipment during the coronavirus pandemic.
