Stites & Harbison, PLLC announces the addition of four attorneys to the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology (IPT) Service Group.
Patrick M. Torre’s background includes a Ph.D. in Animal Science and an M.S. from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville as well as a B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Tennessee at Martin. He later earned his J.D. from UK.
Torre brings significant experience in patents, trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property litigation, trade secrets, and TTAB oppositions and cancellations.
Stites & Harbison’s IPT Service Group counsels and represents clients in securing, managing, and litigating intellectual property rights. The IPT Group now has 22 attorneys across its footprint.
