Pour Decisions, new speakeasy lounge, opens in downtown Lexington

Lexington’s newest pace to socialize.

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Pour Decisions, a social club and cocktail lounge in the heart of Lexington’s business district, opened Aug. 12.

Kelly King, the owner and operator of Pour Decisions, is no stranger to the Lexington business world. King cofounded one of the first businesses in the now thriving Distillery District, The Venues of the Grand Reserve. After owning and managing The Venues for 10 years, King sold the business and has been waiting to launch her next business venture.

King has been developing the concept for Pour Decisions with Chief Marketing Officer Chad Howard for over a year now. At the corner of Main Street and Esplanade, Pour Decisions will bring people together from a shared appreciation for innovative cocktails, passion for music and love of camaraderie among friends.

Pour Decisions will cater to entertainment, events and social interaction among patrons for happy hour, pre-dinner and after dinner gatherings. To offer a light food fare, they teamed up with Alicia Calton and Quesa VanWinkle, co-founders and owners of SkipTheFork, which specializes in charcuterie.

Skip the Fork will provide a menu of boards along with unique and creative Chartinis to patrons at Pour Decisions. Pick up will also be available for customers before bar hours.
