LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Greater Louisville Inc. announced the hiring of Michael Heichelbech as its new vice president of finance and administration. In his role, Heichelbech will oversee GLI’s finances, accounting and administration.
Heichelbech joins GLI with over two decades of financial and accounting experience. Most recently he served as chief financial officer for the Nolan Companies, a holding company for a diversified portfolio of successful companies that included commercial property management, transportation and logistics, and a resort property management with holdings across South Florida.
During his tenure, he oversaw all finance and accounting, HR, and managed the corporate headquarters building. Previously, he served as director of investment accounting and analysis for Guggenheim Insurance and Investments.
Heichelbech is a native and lifelong resident of Southern Indiana, where he currently resides with his wife and two children. He obtained his bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance at Indiana University.
