FRANKFORT, Ky. — The Governor will outline his budget priorities in a speech to a joint session of the Kentucky State Senate and House of Representatives tonight at 7 p.m.
In recent days, Gov. Beshear has announced budget initiatives that have been widely praised by Kentuckians. The governor so far has talked about healthcare, education and job growth.
