RJ Thieneman launches Hurstbourne Commons development website

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – RJ Thieneman has launched a new website in preparation for construction of its latest mixed-use development, Hurstbourne Commons.

Hurstbourne Commons is a 70-acre mixed-use development of multifamily, single-family, and senior living homes near Jeffersontown, located on South Hurstbourne Parkway. The team announced the project in January 2020.

“Hurstbourne Commons is a community experience,” said Brian Thieneman, RJ Thieneman CEO/president. “Grocery-anchored with Meijer in its backyard and access points to all the city’s major highways, this property offers unmatched connectivity, vibrancy, and homes for every stage of life.”

The development site will include 438 multi-family homes on 27 acres, 104 single-family homes on 26 acres, and 180 senior living homes on two six-acre parcels of land.

The website RJTHurstbourneCommons.com serves as a hub for property information, and map resources, and will eventually function as a portal for prospective residents when construction is complete. The website also features an overview video and contact form for developers, business owners, and potential partners interested in learning more about the property.

“It’s amazing that we found this 70-acre plot of land with the utility infrastructure that we did,” said Bob Thieneman, RJ Thieneman executive vice president. “Whether you’re a business owner or resident, we are confident you will love calling Hurstbourne Commons home and this website really highlights that.”
