LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Tickets are now on sale for the Norton Children’s Hospital Home & BMW Raffle. The raffle offers a chance to win a new home in Norton Commons valued at approximately $750,000 and a 2023 BMW X3 from BMW of Louisville plus $10,000 cash.
All proceeds from the raffle support Norton Children’s Behavioral & Mental Health, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, through the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Tickets are $100 each, and only 15,000 will be sold. Tickets can be purchased online at HomeAndBMWRaffle.com or by calling (502) 629-8060. Tickets also will be on sale during open house events at the raffle home. The address is 6338 Pond Lily St., Prospect, Kentucky. Open houses will be held every Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 8 through Nov. 13, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The raffle home’s Tudor-inspired architectural style is complemented by an open floor plan and connectivity to its large covered side porch. It has three bedrooms, including a first-floor primary suite, 3.5 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a full unfinished basement, and a two-car attached garage. Other features include a 10-foot ceiling height with vaulted ceiling treatments in the kitchen and primary bedroom, an outdoor grilling stoop, detailed woodwork and paneling, wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a geothermal heating and cooling system to save on energy costs. Ramage Company, who developed the house plans with C3 Studio, is overseeing construction. Amanda Stubblefield with Ramage Company and Clare Miller Home is providing interior design services in conjunction with support from suppliers and trade partners who are donating time and materials to the project. The drawing will be held on Nov. 19, 2022, during the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation’s annual Snow Ball gala. Winners will be announced that night on the Norton Children’s Facebook page.
Once the first prize is drawn for the 2023 BMW X3 plus $10,000 cash, the winner’s ticket will be put back into the drawing for the home. That means one lucky person has an opportunity to win both prizes.
The 2023 BMW X3 from BMW of Louisville is alpine white with a black interior. It features heated front seats and Bluetooth wireless technology. The package includes full maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles.

Special early bird drawings will take place in the months leading up to the final raffle. Every ticket purchased prior to the deadline will be entered in the drawing for the special giveaways.

- September monthly prize: Microsoft Surface Pro and iPad; deadline to enter is Sept. 16.
- October monthly prize: Free groceries for a year; the deadline to enter is Oct. 10.
