PLANTATION, Fla.—DHL Express, a global leader in providing international express shipping services, announced that effective August 20 it raised wages for hourly employees at its global hub at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport from 15% to as much as 18%.
For example, the starting pay for hub operations agents will now range from $20 to $23 an hour, depending on shifts/benefits.

In addition to the wage increase, other employee benefits at the DHL CVG hub include tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays, two raises per year, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, health benefits with an onsite medical clinic, free employee meals, and a variety of flexible work schedules. DHL Express through its CVG hub connects the U.S. and the broader Americas region to the rest of the world. It has invested nearly $70 million in hub upgrades over the last few years, including new aircraft handling equipment, autosort systems, workplace safety initiatives and various facility remodels and enhancements.
