FORT MITCHELL, Ky. – Young professionals looking to give back to their local communities on a strategic level are invited to attend Bourbon & Boards, hosted by Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) on Wednesday, Oct. 26 from 5-7 p.m. at New Riff Distilling.
“One of the best ways to give back and have a voice in your community is by serving on a nonprofit board,” said Rogers. “Joining a board gives you the opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills, grow personally and professionally and network with business and community leaders. Furthermore, joining a board shows that you are connected to the region and other business and community leaders, which can be very attractive on a resume.”
