Appointments to Kentucky Boards and Commissions

FRANKFORT, Ky. — Gov. Andy Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:

Appointed Jaime Green as County Judge/Executive of Lyon County.

Appointed Chris Campbell as a City Commissioner for the City of Campton.

Appointed David Figg and Jack Porter as members of the Kentucky Lottery Corporation Board of Directors.

  • David Figg of Beaver Dam is CEO of Rice Drugs Inc. He replaces Aaron Witten, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring Nov. 28, 2026.
  • Jack Porter of Taylorsville is president and CEO of Peoples Bank Mt. Washington and owner of All County Realty. He replaces Summer Goldman, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring Nov. 28, 2026.

Appointed Shelley Porter as a member of the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority.

  • Shelley Porter of Lexington is director of engineering at Kentucky American Water. She replaces David Farrar, who has resigned, and shall serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending June 30, 2023.

Appointed Mike Slaton as a member of the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky Board of Directors. Reappointed Garren Colvin.

  • Mike Slaton of Louisville is executive director of the Louisville Pride Foundation. He replaces Timothy Hatfield, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2025.
  • Garren Colvin of Villa Hills is president and CEO of St. Elizabeth Healthcare and shall serve for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2025.

Appointed Bruce Brown as a member of the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors. Reappointed Barry Noffsinger.

  • Bruce Brown of Somerset is retired. He replaces Isaac Myers, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring Dec. 6, 2026.
  • Barry Noffsinger of Lexington is the sales and marketing manager at Credit Human Federal Credit Union and shall serve for a term expiring Oct. 30, 2026.

Appointed Tresine Logsdon, Ashley Wilmes and Katie Dailinger as members of the Kentucky Environmental Education Council. Reappointed Benjamin Allen, Sarah Cummins and Ryan Green.

  • Tresine Logsdon of Lexington is the sustainability coordinator at Fayette County Public Schools. She replaces Richard Ryan, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring Nov. 8, 2026.
  • Ashley Wilmes of Lexington is the director of the Kentucky Resources Council. She replaces Chris Musgrave, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring Nov. 8, 2026.
  • Katie Dailinger of Louisville is employed with the National League of Cities. She replaces Sandra Dunahoo, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring Nov. 8, 2026.
  • Benjamin Allen of Lexington is an attorney at Gess Mattingly & Atchison PSC and shall serve for a term expiring Oct. 5, 2026.
  • Sarah Cummins of Nicholasville is the head of school at Redwood Cooperative School and shall serve for a term expiring Oct. 5, 2026.
  • Ryan Green of Richmond is the executive director of budgeting and financial planning at Eastern Kentucky University and shall serve for a term expiring Oct. 5, 2026.

Appointed Edie Ryan as a member of the Kentucky Board of Interpreters for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Reappointed Hunter Bryant.

  • Edie Ryan of Paducah is a sign language interpreter at Muhlenberg County Schools. She replaces Connie Meck, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring Dec. 6, 2026.
  • Hunter Bryant of Ft. Mitchell is an interpreter for the deaf and hard of hearing and shall serve for a term expiring Oct. 1, 2026.

Appointed Ruth Martin as a member of the Board of Nursing.

  • Ruth Martin of Monticello is the program coordinator for licensed practical nursing at Somerset Community College. She replaces Jimmy Isenberg, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2026.

Appointed Heather French Henry as a member of the Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs.

  • Heather French Henry of Louisville is vice president of media training at Brielle Cotterman Media Group. She replaces Lynice Thorpe-Noel, who has resigned, and shall serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending July 16, 2024.

Appointed Dr. Jessica Beal as a member of the Pediatric Cancer Research Trust Fund Board.

  • Jessica Beal of Louisville is a psychologist at Passport Health Plan by Molina. She replaces Kristy Young, who has resigned, and shall serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending Sept. 1, 2023.

Appointed John Price and Avery Matney as members of the Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting.

  • John Price of Flemingsburg is an attorney at Suit, Price, Price & Ruark PLLC and shall represent the citizens of Fleming County.
  • Avery Matney of Center is a banker at The Cecilian Bank and shall represent the citizens of Metcalfe County.
