Keith Larson named shareholder at Morgan Pottinger McGarvey

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Morgan Pottinger McGarvey is pleased to announce that Keith Larson has been named a shareholder. Larson’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and financial restructuring as part of the firm’s banking and finance law practice group.

Larson represents secured and unsecured creditors, equity interest holders, bankruptcy trustees, debtors and acquirers of troubled businesses in bankruptcy and workout matters. He has extensive experience litigating adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court.

Larson has served on the board of directors for the Louisville Forum since 2017, serving as president from 2021 to 2022. He is also chair of the board of directors for Shively Area Ministries and on the Louisville Chapter of Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE) leadership team.

Larson began practicing law in 2011 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, before moving to Louisville in 2015. He graduated with high honors from William & Mary and attended the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
