Elliot Engineering acquires Wells Engineering to establish full-service power firm

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Elliot Engineering has acquired Wells Engineering, a power systems engineering firm based in Florence, Ky.

The acquisition of Wells Engineering will expand Elliot Engineering’s current services and open additional opportunities to each of their existing customers. Combined with the Davis H. Elliot Company’s 75+ year track record in the utility construction industry, the companies will be able to offer full-service engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services.
