Hemmer Construction Company and Corporex Partner to begin construction of OneNKY Center

COVINGTON, Ky. — Hemmer Construction Company, the construction arm of Paul Hemmer Company, a construction leader in the Greater Cincinnati region since 1921, and Corporex, a national, privately held investment and development firm based in Covington, Ky., are excited to announce a partnership between the two organizations to bring to life the OneNKY Center in Covington, Ky.

Located at the gateway to Northern Kentucky at the foot of the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge, construction on the OneNKY Center will begin on the week of Sept. 18, 2023. The state-of-the-art Class, A office building, will be home to several Northern Kentucky growth organizations, including OneNKY Alliance, Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, meetNKY, BE NKY Growth Partnership, Catalytic Fund of Northern Kentucky, Horizon.`

Corporex will serve as the development manager on the project, selecting Hemmer Construction Company to partner with them and serve as the prime contractor. The building will be 45,000 sq ft and include 44 underground parking spaces.
