Auto parts supplier Murakami Manufacturing USA has laid off 28 of the 200-plus workers at its Campbellsville plant, citing the nationwide decline in automotive sales. The company has operated in Campbellsville since 2001, producing rearview mirrors for companies such as Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai and Honda.
