Northern Kentucky University has graduated its inaugural class from the Executive Leadership and Organizational Change master’s program. “This cutting-edge niche program has been extremely well received both in our region and in the national circles,” said John Beehler, dean of the NKU Haile/US Bank College of Business. “There is clearly a need for the future executive talent of our region to be astute in the practice of leadership in guiding our institutions through necessary change in these turbulent times in the global marketplace.”
