Lexington, Ky. – Whayne Supply Company has broken ground at the future location of the company’s new, full-service facility in Lexington, Ky.
The new 89,000-s.f. facility, located at Jaggie Fox Way and Citation Boulevard, will feature a much larger and more modern space that will allow Whayne Supply Company to address the company’s grown and expand operations in the region.
Construction for the facility will begin immediately and is slated to open for business in late 2016.
The new facility will feature an expanded product line in agri-business, earthmoving and power systems and will include sales, parts and service departments. The new Lexington branch will also feature field service technicians and trucks that will be dispatched directly from the new location. Whayne Supply Company will also be able to greatly expand its ability to offer body and paint services to on-highway trucks, buses and earthmoving customers in the area.

Today’s groundbreaking marks the next step in the exciting, ongoing growth of Whayne Supply Company in Lexington and the surrounding region,” said president Monty Boyd. “This new, full-service facility will allow us to move forward in serving our customers more efficiently, while continuing to provide the value they expect and depend on,” he said.
