Frontier celebrates Louisville return with nonstop service to Denver

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 7, 2018) — Today Frontier Airlines celebrated its return to Louisville International Airport (SDF) with the beginning of new, nonstop service to Denver International Airport (DEN). With this service, additional connections are available to select cities across the Frontier network. Nonstop flights to Denver will be offered four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, using a 180 or 186-seat Airbus A320.

“We’re excited to welcome Frontier Airlines back to the Louisville International Airport, showing the continued growth in our market,” said Dan Mann, executive director of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority. “This is a great addition to our air service options made possible by the on-going local support and strong demand. Frontier’s attractive fares give area travelers’ the ability to easily connect to a variety of cities, including those on the West Coast.”

Frontier, which offers service to more than 80 destinations in the United States, Canada, Dominican Republic and Mexico, is focused on offering customers choices and the ability to customize their travel. This includes options like bags and seat selections a la carte or in one, low-priced bundle such as The Works.

“We are pleased to return to Louisville and introduce a new and more affordable way to travel to and from the area,” said Eric Engel, spokesperson for Frontier Airlines. “We’re offering incredibly low fares and a reliable, friendly service that allows people to customize the travel experience to their needs and budget. This empowers more people than ever before to fly. It’s what our Low Fares Done Right philosophy is all about.”
