“The coming growing season means so much to our many farm families across the state especially for those who operate a Kentucky Farm Bureau Certified Roadside Farm Market,” said KFB President Mark Haney. “Our family farm is a member and I can tell you, first-hand, the value this program brings to our producers, as well as the customers they serve. The Roadside Farm Market Program has proven, for more than 20 years, to be a vital link in the ever-growing demand for good, wholesome local foods.”

Markets certified through this program are identified by the cornucopia logo and listed in the KFB Certified Roadside Farm Market Directory. The program also provides collective advertising, promotional items, education tour opportunities, and other marketing benefits with the intent to increase the net farm income of member markets.

The KFB Certified Roadside Farm Market Rack Card is available at Kentucky welcome centers, state resort parks, local chambers of commerce/tourism centers, and county Farm Bureau offices.
