Gov. Bevin to join Federal Commission on School Safety for listening session in Lexington

FRANKFORT, Ky. (June 25, 2018) — Gov. Matt Bevin will join the Federal Commission on School Safety (FCSS) in Lexington Tuesday for a listening session on school safety. This listening session will provide members of the public, as well as representatives from state and local government, an opportunity to offer their ideas or suggestions on how to improve school safety. 

The listening session will be divided into three sessions. Sessions one and two will feature roundtable discussions with representatives of state and local government agencies and commission representatives. Session three will give members of the general public the opportunity to express their views on how to improve school safety.
