New La Grange Parkway opens

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Hollenbach-Oakley and The Hocker Group joined local community leaders and commercial real estate professionals for the dedication of the newly opened La Grange Parkway in La Grange, Ky. The event was held in Oldham Reserve on Tuesday, Oct. 9.

Speakers included David Bizianes, executive-director of Oldham Chamber & Economic Development; La Grange Mayor Joe Davenport; Senator Ernie Harris; House Speaker David Osborne; Judge-Executive David Voegele; John Hollenbach, principal of Hollenbach-Oakley; and Talmage Hocker, president of The Hocker Group.

“The way the judge, mayor, speaker, senator and the board have worked with us has been a great example of a true public-private partnership,” said Hollenbach. “On behalf of Hollenbach-Oakley and The Hocker Group, our objective and commitment is to create thousands of jobs for this community.”

The two-mile, four-lane parkway connects the Louie Dampier Bridge and KY 53. The parkway offers convenient full internal access to Oldham Reserve, a 1,000-acre publicly-owned property being developed for high-end office, retail, flex and residential uses. Hollenbach-Oakley and The Hocker Group are the master developers of the property.
