Coating Excellence International plans to open a manufacturing facility in Hebron, where it will produce bag liners for the pet food and animal feed industry. The Wisconsin-based company plans to lease a 120,000-s.f. facility for the plant and warehouse and expects to have approximately 70 employees there within three years.
