LEXINGTON, Ky. — Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP has announced the selection of Christopher W.D. Jones as co-chair of the business services department. Jones joins continuing co-chair of the department, Bill Kaiser.

Jones focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, venture capital and international transactions. He represents private equity and venture capital funds, family offices and fund sponsors in connection with fund formation, securities law matters and the acquisition, sale and recapitalization of their portfolio companies.
Jones also represents public companies and emerging privately held entities. In many cases, he coordinates all of the legal work for these clients, acting as an advisor and outside general counsel.
