Lexington will host an interactive equine industry exposition and seminar series this fall that will be held in conjunction with the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.

Lexington-based Horse Capital Productions LLC will produce the 2010 International Equestrian Festival, which will feature an international marketplace with high-end equine retailers from around the world as well as horse-related educational seminars, exhibits and demonstrations, and a hospitality center for tourist information.

“The 2010 International Equestrian Festival will highlight local, regional and international businesses,” said Anne Buchanan, co-founder of Horse Capital Productions. “By showcasing area proprietors and attractions, the 2010 International Equestrian Festival provides an economic driver for Lexington, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the entire region.”

A portion of the proceeds from the 2010 International Equestrian Festival will be donated to local, national and international charitable horse organizations.Lexington will host an interactive equine industry exposition and seminar series this fall that will be held in conjunction with the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.
