LEXINGTON, Ky. — Rev-A-Shelf, LLC., has announced the acquisition of Sidelines Inc., of Scottsdale, Arizona. Rev-A-Shelf General Manager, David Noe alongside Charles and Kris Costa of Sidelines Inc., issued joint statements confirming the intention to merge the two companies.
“The Sidelines product and reputation for quality are an exciting addition to the Rev-A-Shelf Closet/ Whole Home Cabinet Accessories offering,” said David Noe, general manager of Rev-A-Shelf. “ Our customers will find many resourceful ways to design them into future jobs, and the end consumer will benefit.”
