HENDERSON, Ky. — Addison Bradley has joined Field & Main Bank as human resources officer. She previously served as an onboarding and frontline recruiting specialist for Atria Senior Living in Louisville.
In her new role, Bradley will support and implement Human Resource initiatives and systems, service as a reference on internal policies and procedures for staff, and will be actively involved in the organization’s recruiting process.
Addison graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. She was a member of the Dean’s List and the President’s List.
Bradley resides in Henderson, Ky.
