Kentucky American Water names new operations, customer advocacy supervisors

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Kentucky American Water has announced the appointment of four operations supervisors and one customer advocacy supervisor.

Roderick “RJ” Sherman

Roderick “RJ” Sherman has been promoted to senior superintendent of operations and will report to Justin Sensabaugh, senior manager of operations. Sherman and will be responsible for the company’s field services and meter operations. Sherman joined Indiana American Water in 2015 and transferred to Kentucky American Water in 2018. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville and master’s degree from Indiana University Southeast.

Jon “Wes” Felts
William Oldham
Steven Nash

Jon “Wes” Felts, William Oldham and Steven Nash have been named operations supervisors. Felts and Oldham will report to Jarold Jackson, senior superintendent of operations, and Nash will report to RJ Sherman. Felts has been with the company for over 20 years and has held operational roles including utility, crew leader and operations specialist. Oldham joins the company after previously serving as the owner and operator of Unbridled Construction and as an educator with Fayette County Public Schools. Nash has been with the company for six years and has held a variety of roles in operations, most recently serving as an operations specialist.

Meriah Rose

Meriah Rose has been promoted to customer advocacy supervisor, reporting to Jasmine Mungo, manager of customer accounts. Rose joined the company in 2018 and most recently served as a customer service delivery specialist.
