Humana will hold stockholders meeting in virtual format

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Mar. 24, 2020) – Due to the ongoing public health impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak and to support the health and well-being of our associates and stockholders, Humana Inc. will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting in a virtual meeting format only, via live webcast, the company announced today.

As previously announced, the Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. ET. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 24, 2020 can attend the virtual annual meeting via the internet at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HUM2020 by using the control number included on the proxy card, voting instruction form or notice previously received.

The company urges stockholders to vote and submit proxies in advance of the Annual Meeting by one of the methods described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meeting.
