Commerce Lexington launching weekly 4 O’Clock Focus best practices webinar

First weeks and months will share strategies for business reopening

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 28, 2020) – In an effort to evolve with the new “ever-changing” business landscape, Commerce Lexington introduces the weekly 4 O’Clock Focus.

Join local business and community leaders each week as we prepare to re-open small businesses over the next few weeks and months. Each week, 4 O’Clock Focus will share best practices and lessons learned from businesses who are constantly re-engineering in order to make sure their business model remains relevant and competitive.

Commerce Lexington kicks off this interactive Zoom webinar series Wednesday, April 29, at 4 pm featuring the topic: What’s Next? with Lyle Hanna and Leslie Jarvis speaking on how the business community comes out of this time period and how lives look in the near future as we slowly go back to work.

Hanna is founder and president of Hanna Resource Group. He uses his over 35 years of experience in corporate human resource management to assist clients with strategic design and implementation of a wide range of programs including retirement, health, compensation systems, and general human resource planning.

Jarvis is the corporate human resource director for Forcht Group, and manages all aspects of human resources in several industries, including healthcare, banking, construction, finance, broadcasting, and insurance.

This program is sponsored by Commerce Lexington and is moderated each week by Bill Dotson with Rocker, a technology consulting firm, and Debbie Green, strategic marketing consultant with Bringing In The Green LLC.
