LOVELAND, Ohio — Carespring Health Care Management has been awarded a 2020 Top Workplaces honor by the Cincinnati Enquirer.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“The COVID 19 pandemic has impacted health care providers in a significant way. Particularly caregivers who choose to work in nursing homes caring for the most vulnerable population,” said Chris Chirumbolo, Carespring CEO. “Today we are honored to be awarded Top Workplaces as it is an acknowledgement that we are caring for our caregivers by providing them a workplace where they feel valued and appreciated. We thank each of them for the feedback they provided to make this award a reality.”
“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”
