LOUISVILLE, Ky. — ISC Kentucky, a Louisville-based IT managed services firm, has promoted Mark Swearingin to chief operating officer. Swearingin has been with the company for nine years.

As COO, Swearingin will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing the process of the ISC team. James Naive, owner, has this to say about the promotion:

“Mark is a vital part of our business and was responsible for our client’s satisfaction and IT deployments during his tenure as CTO,” said Naive. “He is an important part of our future. As COO, Mark will continue to use his personal involvement in the operations of the company, ensuring our team remains strong and helping the firm run smoothly as we continue to grow.”

Swearingin had this to say about the promotion:

“It’s great that with all the challenges everyone is facing, our company continues to grow,” said Swearingin. “It proves how important technology is to businesses. But it also says a lot about our team. I think because we are small enough to give high quality personal service and big enough to solve big, complex, IT challenges, our clients trust us. We are true partners.”

Swearingin has served as CTO for ISC Kentucky since 2010. He leads the firm’s delivery of IT solutions. Swearengin’s technical expertise includes IT security, cloud integrations, IT storage and virtualization, and deployment of the full suite of Microsoft solutions.
