Field & Main announces promotions within IT Dept.

HENDERSON, Ky. — Field & Main Bank recently announced promotions within its Information Technology department.

Brad Taber

Brad Taber has been named chief information officer, vice president. He previously served as director of information technology, vice president. Taber brings IT experience to this position in the areas of information security and network administration.

In his new role, Taber will be responsible for the development and implementation of all IT strategy and objectives, information security governance, risk and compliance. He will manage a team responsible for IT operations and digital banking and will provide strategic leadership to enable growth.

Taber is a 2010 graduate of Purdue University and a 2018 graduate of Virginia Tech University, where he earned a masters of information technology.

Taber lives in Newburgh, Ind. with his wife, Erika, and their children, Theo and Cora.

Diana Lord

Diana Lord has been named director of information technology, assistant vice president. She previously served as information technology officer, assistant vice president. Lord brings 34 years of experience to her position in the areas of custom software programming, networking infrastructure, network security, and has extensive knowledge of various banking software.

In her role, she will execute the Information Technology strategic and operational objectives under the direction of the chief information officer. Lord will manage a team responsible for Field & Main’s network, infrastructure, equipment, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.

Lord is a 1983 graduate of the University of Evansville and serves as a board member and volunteer at the ANSWER Center in Henderson.

Clint Hill has been named director of digital banking, assistant vice president. He previously served as Information Technology Systems & Support officer. Hill brings IT experience to this position in the areas of client support/service, IT network and systems knowledge, as well as, in the area of regulatory compliance.

In his new role, he will be responsible for implementing, analyzing, and collaborating on digital banking strategy as well as providing general guidance and supervision for all digital aspects of the bank. Hill will analyze current solutions to develop digital enhancements to maximize our products, services, lead project teams, training efforts, and support for all digital banking platforms.

He is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking’s Digital Banking School and has been a team member at Field & Main Bank since 2011; where he also serves on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Clint currently lives in Corydon, Ky.
