World Trade Center Kentucky celebrates first session success and prepares for week 2

Lexington, Ky. – (October 9, 2020) The World Trade Center Kentucky (WTC-KY) celebrates empowering keynotes from Kathleen (Kat) Marran, Vice President for US Marketing for UPS, and Lorelei Carobolante, Manager and CEO of G2nd Systems, as well as successful breakout sessions and one-on-one networking sessions on October 6, 2020. Attendees look forward to keynotes on the October 13, 2020 session from Sara Potecha, author, speaker, and one of the first female graduates of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and Susanna Elliott, Chief of Staff for Alltech. We were thrilled to have Kat Marran, VP of US Marketing with us to learn about the She Trades Initiative to connect 2 million women entrepreneurs across the globe by 2021,” says Sherry Mulkins, Interim Executive Director. “There have never been more opportunities to achieve success and to help women capitalize on today’s newest prospects. The WTC-KY is honored to host an array of hot-topic sessions featuring a Who’s Who of experts. ● The Power of a Well Told Story –Discover how to use stories to energize employees, connect to customers, and create the future you envision with Susanna Elliott, Chief of Staff for Alltech. Elliott’s lifelong love of storytelling was further cultivated when, in 2008, was hired by Alltech founder Dr. Pearse Lyons. Working alongside him, she learned the value of a vision, brought to life through stories. After more than a decade of leading Alltech’s communications, including for the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, she now serves as the company’s first Chief of Staff, supporting Alltech president and CEO Dr. Mark Lyons.

● Be All that You Can Be with Sara Potecha, accomplished author, speaker, and consultant. As one of the first women to graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Sara learned first had about overcoming adversity. Potecha will lead us through five essential steps to take and chart your own course while inspiring with examples from her own experience. You will come away motivated to take your next step and move closer to your own goals.
