J.M. Smucker is investing $3 million to add a new production line to its plant in Scottsville. The plant currently produces Smucker’s Uncrustables frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The new line will produce a new “grab and go” waffle product and is expected to add 25 jobs to the existing 288-member workforce.
