The Kirkland Company handles sale of Bowling Green multifamily complex

BOWLING GREEN, Ky—Brian Devlin, Brandon Wilson and John Seale of The Kirkland Company recently brokered the sale of Cave Springs, a 248-unit multifamily complex located in Bowling Green, Ky., the Nashville-based company said today.

The property is comprised of one, two-bedroom floorplans including two-bedroom townhomes and three-bedroom duplexes. The buyer is TEG Acquisitions LLC and the seller was Chandler Holdings LLC.

“Bowling Green has added the most jobs in the state over the past five years,” Devlin said.  “The city has grown by 10.6% in new jobs each year and this has not slowed down!”

“Bowling Green has a very diverse group of employers,” Wilson said.  “General Motors, Fruit of the Loom, Western Kentucky University, Houchens Industries, The Medical Center at Bowling Green, TriStar Greenview, and Graves Gilbert Clinic are some of the many major companies located in the city.”
